Have we seen all the programming languages there are? Have we seen all types? Have we seen the last programming paradigm? Is there any point in searching for more? How should the last programming language look like? What paradigms should it support? What language would I (Uncle Bob) choose if I had to pick one today?

Uncle Bob would like to see a structured language with polymorphic abilities. It should be homoiconic, garbage collected and should run on a virtual machine.
